Furnáki - Φουρνάκι, meaning “little oven” in Greek - is a small batch home bakery rooted in naturally leavened bread and the flavors of Greece.

Our loaves are inspired by horiátiko psomí, the rustic village bread found on tables throughout Greece, and classics like stafidópsomo, a traditional raisin bread with warm spice and citrus.

We bake with imported Greek olive oil, Mediterranean sea salt, and bright flavors that shape every loaf.

Each loaf is made in small batches for our weekly Sunday Bake Drops. We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoy making it.
